So, I am on very loose schedule right now, since everybody's still getting back to their normal lives after the recent typhoon that ruined many households here in the Pl (Philippines). Hence, I have no work till Sunday.

Anyway, I was just watching The New Guy on the Telly a while ago, and so I am so in the mood to talk about one of my favorite actresses/ people in Hollywood.photo coutesy of wordpress.com

ZOEY DESCHANEL!!!

I love how she is so bubbly and giddy and funky and cool and her awesome, hilarious fictional bands. One is Suburban Funk, from The New Guy where they performed Play that Funky Music White Boy... (dunno the title!hah)

Plus how much of a "Zoey noob" could I get that, I recently discovered her REAL band, She & Him, an indie- folk band, which apparently is as good as her acting! I am so relieved! Joy!
In conclusion, she really IS AWESOME. :>

Super Typhoon

For the first time in months, I did not need to go to work or anything, today. All I had in mind, was to spend my Saturday at home, blogging. Sadly.....

I was not only a Fashion victim today, I had to experience being a natural disaster victim who was practically homeless for 5 hours. Luckily, we have friendly neighbors above us who opened their house to us. My family and my neighbors in LGM, who I've been friends with my entire life.
My friends and I all tried to help save other neighbors in the ends of the street, who got stuck in their houses. I literally swam on the road, where you could smell the stench from the canals and see dead dogs floating everywhere. (It was the saddest thing ever.) On a lighter note though, we, including our belongings, were all safe. Plus the fact that my friends (who I consider my family) and I, got to reunite once again and be together.

Before I get back to the posting of photos, writing reviews and such, let me update you guys on my life so far.
Yes. I am facing the biggest problem right now, for I have [temporarily] stopped going to school. I was a fashion student in a University here in Manila, but as I was fixing my papers to move, and from there, my life has run very differently and not as I had foreseen. I am back in the Showbiz industry, in which I am very happy and excited about, but it just hurts me that I don't seem to be able to balance my time in it with my love for the world of fashion. Luckily, these two worlds aren't so far away from each other.
SO, my new site will mainly be focused on my life as an actress (and hopefully as a vj). I'm hoping I wouldn't lose readers because of this, because I guarantee this would still be as interesting, if not way more. I promise though, to still let my entries concentrate in its artistic/ stylish side. :-)

I kind of restarted my year through the Star Magic Grand Ball held last August 30, 2009. It served as a self-proclaimed comeback for me, since it was the first Televised event I had attended after 8 months of living the "private" life.

It's Party Time!

I was thinking of throwing a thanksgiving/ victory party for me, with my closest friends this coming Halloween. I don't know though, if it's possible to happen. But I'm hoping I could find a way to push through with this and just have one night off with my lovely friends.

Busy Busy Bee

There are a whole lot of ideas that have been stuck in my head for months already, some have actually worn out. It's so sad that lately, I've been having no time to blog at all-- Or stay home and rest for that matter. The last time I had the freedom to put my ideas to life and have fun with my friends was 2 months ago. It's sad, yea? But I made a commitment, I'm happy to live with. I will update soon.
